I called AHS over a week ago now re: my Air Conditioning Unit. (Central Air).

Assigned a vendor, never got a call. Called back Vendor and AHS to see if I could obtain an outside of network vendor. On three different occasions after being explained your policy and asking to speak to a management person for better wisdom. I was told that I'd be contacted by management and yet I'm still waiting.

I believe I need to start a campaign where we, the customers of AHS began to pay our monthly/yearly cost the same way your company delegates and guarantees attention to service. I am not happy. One week later and I don't even have a vendor call setting up an appointment. Additionally, your phone techs, are horrible in rendering empathic service.

I need help with getting some assistance that is meaningful.

I'm about to go to local media about the level of poor service both from AHS and Vendors. PLEASE HELP US!!!
