horrible company to work with, placed a work order for a broken refrigerator on 6/25. They said someone (vendor) will contact me for an appt.

Today is 7/1 still no call from anyone. Had to call in to see why, on hold for over 30 minutes, just like the first time. Hold time is ridiculous. Sitting around for 6 days with a broken refrigerator is not acceptable.

Am on hold again while representative contacts vendor to see why they have not contacted me. Will not give me vendor informaiton so I can call them directly. So here I sit on hold again for who knows how long.

Horrible service!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

i have been on hold for approximately 32 minutes and counting because they charged me for the service fee of $75 twice!
