Called in a claim. Company called and Technician came as promised to fix two switches. Didn't have matching parts, but promised to return. Did a temporary fix on one switch, and installed a non-matching switch on the other. Now almost 4 weeks and no call and the parts put on do not match, or work the reastat (sic) on the ceiling fan. cover on the switch is cracked.
Needs to be fixed with good parts, not used ones. sad:
Also called in dryer and washer. Both fixed, but it took 3 service calls to mitigate the issues.
2nd company of this type and the service, or lack of followup is always poor. The premium is always collected on time and that part of the company is right on top of their game.
