I had repair work done on my AC unit.Paid the service guy and then received a bill from AHS.

They said they would remove the charge, two weeks later I'm getting emails from them that the bill needs to be paid. Currently I'm on hold (32mins so far) waiting to talk to their rude customer service reps. Don't get American Home Shield.... you'll regret it.

Prior issue: I called their customer service about AC repair claim on a Friday about noon CST.

They told me a repairman would be out Monday (they weren't sure).Texas Heat and a broken AC unit and the customer service rep could care less.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I didn't like: Customer service is the worst, I do not recommend.
