You can't cancel. There's just no way.

They require a 30 day notice. You call their cancellation phone number (entirely different from their main sales line), you sit on hold for 20 - 60 minutes, and then an automated message comes on "we are experiencing service errors" and to please call back later. Then it hangs up on you. You can't cancel online anywhere.

You can't cancel your auto pay without giving them another account number. You can't cancel via email (there's no address). You fill out an online form requesting to cancel, you receive no response. I've now sent a cancellation request via physical mail to their Corporate Headquarters.

I've also submitted a BBB complaint.

Their service isn't bad when you have it...super quick and easy to sign up (obviously!), but when it comes time to cancel....FORGET IT! I guess they just assume people are ok with continuing to pay $40 a month because it's just too difficult to cancel. NOT ME! Call your bank and issue a stop payment, send a certified letter, report them to the BBB!

These are your ONLY methods of recourse, I ASSURE YOU! DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM!
