Dec. 5, 2020: oven malfunctioned in our gas range

Called AHS.

technician visits: needs new part

Feb. 2021: we check in. Part hasn't come in yet

April 2021: technician visits, with part. It's the wrong part

May 2021: we give up and buy a new range.

June 2021: we check in with AHS.

Part still on order with no estimated time of arrival.

I told the rep that we bought a new range because we didn't want to wait any longer and I ask whether they will just give us some $ towards the new range instead of trying to repair the old one. Their answer" "no we can't do that because it wasn't pre-approved."

Yikes!!!!

AHS is a huge scam. They pretend to be selling you a service. They collect your money, and walk away.

They never look back. Each time we have wanted an update, we had to call them.

The customer service person I spoke with - Shova - couldn't care less.

She just wanted me to go away. They are so true to themselves.

User's recommendation: Save the money and put it in the bank instead. When your appliance breaks or needs a repair, you will come out ahead vs. working with AHS.
