I've had AHS for about 5 years.Washer failed on 3/29/2017.

I put in work order via internet. AHS sent a service notice on 3/30/2017 @7:48pm via internet. I called because no one contacted me at 11:05am 3/31/2017. Customer service contacted the service company which is 40 miles away and then told me it would be April 5th before I would get anyone here to look at the washer.

This is the 3rd time in 5 years I had to call on them. Each time I had a problem I was without for almost a week. Save your money up and when the time arises use that to fix your problem. A local company would have showed up the next day to repair or replace.

This is not acceptable. The 75 bucks for the co-payment is a joke. Don't get ripped off.

Fool me once, fool me twice.The third time is my fault.
