We had a repairman come to service our washing machine on Monday, October 23, 2017. We were told it would take 5 working days to get the parts.

We called on Monday, October 30th and were told the part did not come in. We called again yesterday, October 31st and were told the part had arrived on Saturday, October 28th and was damaged. The young lady said it would be 5 to 6 more days before the new part arrived. wE asked her if this would be a priority service call and got the runaround.

This is our first experience back with AHS, as this was the reason we left you before, poor service. Why can you not get parts locally? This would certainly speed up the process. We will be out of a washing machine for more than two weeks, but who knows, it could be longer.

Is this what we should expect each time a service call is made? If so, we are not happy that we returned our business to your company and will not do it again.
