My complaint: It started this fall when after 18 years, we called on AHS to fix our washer. They sent a repair service that took 3.5 months, my husband and I missed numerous days of work, service company missed appointments, etc to never get our washer fixed.

With two teenage kids, we finally had to just go out and buy a new washer since AHS was not helping resolve our issue. Now, we had someone come check the AC (which we have them check yearly) and AHS said it will be $1800 out of pocket. I was already so irritated from the service with our washer this fall and the incompetency, but had hope that AHS would handle this professionally. Unfortunately, we are let down by AHS again.I am very disappointed as I feel Ive been wasting money each month for the past 18 years to not have them come through when needed.

Im shopping around for a different company. AHS is disappointing us after all these years. Its 110 degrees and 85 in the house. Unacceptable.
