Denied replacement or repair of 17 year old refrigerator for "lack of maintenance".Claimed filter in back of fridge dirty and burned out compressor.

I believe I did damned good job keeping it going for 17 yrs. Most recently denied repair/replacement of a dishwasher that AHS installed in 2012. I have had service on dishwasher 3 times. Now they say installed improperly???

I have been trying to get cash out for 2 months. I have been with this company 10 years and am now being treated like this. I don't want to cancel policy until I get dishwasher matter resolved.

Company previously involved in 2 class action suits.Wish I could find an active lawsuit to join now.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: It seemed like a great company at first.

I didn't like: Run around and lying - no help.

You don't need Class Action ; you can file a suit in Small Claims Court yourself. Notify them of your intention and if that doesn't get results, file it .
