Very unhelpful customer service Made no effort to fix my issue.

Called in found out someone had canceled my policy.I was never alerted to this! When I called She said she could do nothing about it.

After being With your company for twenty two years I have never been treated that way by any rep. Luckily, I called a different number.Spoke with someone who Helped me resolve every issue I had.

Unsatisfied work

I had a sewer problem and the plumbing company came and took out the toilet the washer dryer and then the cleanup company came and put tarps up then they came back yesterday to finish the job. That's the cleanup company and when they were done, I asked them about the trap in the driveway, it's up about 2 inches from the driveway.

I'm afraid someone's gonna get hurt then I asked them if the toilet was put back on and what they were gonna do about the washer and dryer and they said that that should've been the plumbing company so now I have a washer and dryer that aren't connected. I have a toilet that's now sitting in my shower and I have , a trap in the driveway that is a tripping hazard can you help me?

The service request to fix my AC was created a month ago. Despite four visits, nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

It's currently summer in California, and the interior of my home exceeds 100 degrees. Once the temperature reaches 100 degrees, the thermostat just reads 'HI.' Neither urgency nor understanding of the issue's criticality is evident.

The customer service representatives are unhelpful and offer no practical solutions. It's the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with and completely unacceptable.

Just a rubbish company with the worst customer service I have endured

Took out a Home warranty with them because on our new home due to aging appliances and heating/cooling. When we finally need to contact them the customer service is horrible, incomprehensible & have no power to do anything.

The company AHS use for A/C is Piedmont Mechanical, they came out to our home to look at the AC Unit and asked my husband lots of questions including whether a power surge had occurred to our house which my husband answered no to.. He then left and the next day the AHS portal told me to contact Piedmont to get information on what they recommended as far as repair or replace. They told us that because they decided a power surge was the cause of the A/C not working then they would not replace it as that was outside the warranty we had purchased.

AHS and Piedmont appear to be in cahoots together and try to diagnose anything as a cause/reason that is not covered under the warranty. The warranty is not worth the money and better off if a Real Estate agent is getting it as part of a purchase agreement to get them to take a couple of thousand more off the price.
