We have been trying to get our washing machine operating properly. The clothes have to go through the spin cycle twice because the washing machine is not pulling all of the water out.

There have been 3 different folks from 3 different companies contracted by AHS to come out and say 3 different things as to the nature of our machine. The Customer Service agents are rude at best and barely able to follow the notes that THEY have written. Wardell Charles is the worst. We called Friday and was told a manager would call in 24 hours.

We spoke with Wardell who says we don't need a manager because he already told us the same thing they are are going to tell him. What company doesn't allow people who have been paying them for years to talk to a Manager. AHS- American Home Shield you should be ashamed of yourself. Folks should be fired.

No one has 3 days to talk to people. Wonder if someone will call now....

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Have a neutral party service the washer and fix and AHS pay for it..

I didn't like: Choice of contractors, Customer reps -most of them, Run around.
