My fridge had been serviced 5 times since 10/12. I am currently sitting on week 3 with a disassembled running fridge with a large fan blowing on it to keep it from over heating.

The tech from sears said this should be replaced but in the escalation AHS said no replacement necessary.

In between week 2 and 3 Sears left the fridge leaking water and ruined two floors until it was discovered.

Dozens of calls to AHS go unheeded, would you live like this?

I have been a customer for at least 10 years but Im done but Im not done contacting the media and everyone I know has horrible AHS and this experience has been.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Two instances of using AHS. They found reasons both times to deny claim.

AHS had the nerve to all me about continuing my coverage with them. You can probably guess my reply.
