I've been a Customer of Yours for YEARS!!!
My Ref / Freezer went out, I called it in on 3/2/21...
They referred Me to 1st Choice App. Repair.
You Deducted the $100 Ser. Fee out of My Account on 3/5/21...took Days till they came out.
Said it needed a "Defroster Switch", so, one was Ordered from China or somewhere...Parts have been IN Since 3/11/21. I STILL Don't have a Repaired Ref/Freezer. I've been Without a Working Ref for @ a MONTH Now...I have a Family of 5 with 3 Kids Living out of a Dammed COOLER Because Nobody will Fix My Ref.!!!
Y'all and I have TRIED Calling 1st Choice...
They DON'T Return Calls or E-Mails from Y'all or Me. This has been going on for at least 2 WEEKS Now...this is *** SER. From Y'all AND Them!!!
I've Called Your PEONS at the Service numbers that are GOD Knows Were at... Korea or China or Wherever that You Can't hardly understand.
They could Care Less of My Problem.
They Always TRY to Contact 1st Choice first...with NO LUCK in Talking to them. Then the Peon wants Me to Wait ANOTHER 24 Hrs to hear back from them...or, for to SUPPOSEDLY Get a Call back from a Supervisor there at Cooperate.
I've gone thru THAT CRAP for OVER 3 WEEKS Now!!! This is *** SERVICE From BOTH of Y'all as I see it!!!
I'm SICK n TIRED of WAITING...And, Living out of COOLERS For @ a MONTH Now.
There are PLENTY of OTHER Warranty Ser. Co's out there that are CHEAPER and BETTER...
