We renewed our contract, #28565**** in April by phone. Your representative called and said we could save $75 by renewing then.
We paid in full by AmEx at that time.
In May we received a letter saying we owed $74.99. I called the number on the invoice and after over 40 minute delay was told, yes, this was a mistake that we really don't owe any more, not to worry.
Our account at ahs.com also reflected a $0 balance.
Yesterday an identical invoice shows up threatening our credit score and also denying coverage unless we pay.
I called again, this time a 52 minute wait, so I looked on line...no way to contact anyone regarding a billing issue.
So I found you. Hopefully you can take care of this and save AHS from losing a customer and receiving a lot of bad press on social media.
