My service order of July 6, 2021 for my oven has not been resolved

I call every week for an update. I am told the same thing by different agents. They are waiting for an authorization from Sear to proceed. The parts for this oven is unavailable. The oven needs to be replaced. This has been verified. My husband and I are Senior citizen (beyond 76 years old with Cancer &;;; COPD) we are on a fixed income and can not continue to order baked foods from outside. This company should live up to their promises, fix it or replace it with in 22 - 30 days

Paid $125 to have my heating fixed and was told I needed an electrician and they could not give this report to AHS, said I had to do it myself

Need immediate help or will get a lawyer

Put in service request. Contractor came out didnt fix problem now isnt answering my calls to come back and fix even after I put in a second request. If not fix I will obtain legal.

Absolutely Lousy Service

Filed a service claim June 28 2021 and still waiting for the work to be completed. The customer service is awful and there's never a supervisor or manager to speak to, they even hung up in my face. This is absolutely the worse experience I've ever had in all my 60 plus years of business transactions.

Bad Service

Company refuses to honor the contract. They have collected the deductible and I still have not received service. Run from this warranty company, all their agents are from India, most first level agents do not speak English very well and will not transfer you to a manager or someone that can assist you. Its like talking to a robot which is trained to say the same thing over and over no matter what you say.

You cannot call customer service to void contract renewal, they make you call another department who as of this comment has had me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I think I'll just drive down to corporate headquarters to discuss the issue. It would be quicker and might actually get resolved. This is the LAST of many, many, many hours spent on hold with this company. The customer service could not be worse.

Denied repair

Dishwasher complaint since April 2021. You sent out an inept company that took gaskets, did not repair. After several phone calls to the company, Accord Appliance, I asked for a refund. I immediately complained to AHS. Now, a new company, Zen Appliance, was assigned. They could do the repair but AHS denied it due to previous company, Accord, took gaskets off. You previously sent company now made it a no repairable item. Really! I am asking for my money back for Zen repair request. Zenn is a great company.

Dismissed claim?

My dishwasher has had issued since April 2021. You sent out an inept company, Acord Appliance. I complained and received money back, however, they had taken off gaskets. I asked later for a different company and this company was denied repair due to gasket off! You understand that your previous company took gaskets and now you are denying me repairs. I even offered to pay for gasket part but still denied. I request my money back from last company, Zen Appliance. Zen Appliance was a great company but their hands were tied due to previous company's incompetence. I have since purchased a new dishwasher. Your warranty was of no use to me. Please reimburse my money since I was not able to get it repaired. I did officially complain about Accord Appliance way before I went with Zen. I anxiously await your reply.

Paid American Home Shield and never received services x 3montths

I have been calling everyday since the end of august. This claim was for my central heat and air. 2.5 weeks later a contractor came out and pretty much said our unit was shot and needed replacement. Supposedly he never submitted the paperwork. Instead of them sending another contractor we are living in the cold. I have my elderly grandma and two toddlers. I had to go purchase heaters to be halfway comfortable. Cut them off behemoth we go to work so our home wont catch fire! These still decided to take money from me every month with no service and had the nerve to send a letter for late payment. Enough! I want my unit replaced ASAP and all my money back! Dont use them. They are not out yo help u. But they want ur money!

Cannot get promised refund

It took over a week for someone to come out for our broken water heater. No hot water for over a week. After calling every day I was promised I would get a refund of the hundred dollars that you automatically pay when you set up a service call. It took 10 days to get a water heater Its been two months and more than a dozen phone calls and I dont have the refund.

IT IS A SCAM

They assign companies to service your service request issues that do not have valid licences in the state, have complaints issued against them and take your money and the issue is not resolved or fixed. This company are crooks and their custiomner service is is of no help trying to get your money refunded.

Terrible customer service

Sent wrong vendor who gave a16 hour service window. Then assigned another vendor who did not make the window the next day. This created 2 days of wasted time waiting for repair people. Limited access (none) to an American or corporate contact. Problem still not resolved.
