Checking on parts needed

It has been a month and no one can tell me what comes with the parts ordered. The costumer service hangs up and puts you on hold, and there is no contact number for part, it also took me speaking to a supervisor to get a tracking nber.

Poor service and even worse customer service ! Do not waste time or money! Will not repair / replace! Wants me to pay for Freon and 100 dollar service charges! Again!!!

Hello, I had three different technicians come out and look at my dryer, not one was able to fix it, my dryer was making a loud noise, so I had to call a Maytag tech, I am requesting to be reimbursed for the other technician coming out and fixing my dryer.

They take your money and do not deliver the service.

Hot water heater went out. They could not provide a contractor to fix or replace it for 3 weeks and they would not authorize us to get our own contractor. Also their customer service is horrible! You cant speak with anyone who has the authority to make a decision. Dont buy their warranty! Its worthless!

I have made a half a dozen calls about 175.00 overcharge. Each and every one of them promised me a credit which has not been recd I am going to be canceling my policy

They are leaving me with a broken AC after it was suppose to be fixed

They came out and got the heat to work just in one room the tech tells me don't turn on the air until he came back he never came back and now they say they never got paid or told anything about the air conditioning. So they messed up and said so sad I have to pay another $125. I'm a Realtor and will never refer another customer to this company.
