Hello my name is Lakeisha McLean I been a customer with you guys for almost 5 years this is the 2nd time I had an bad experience with you guys 1st time it was resolved thru a general manager I believe because I left you guys and he fixed everything and I came back , this time my hot water tank broke on Friday July 2nd I explained to them I have children in my house that has asthma and I need my water and also hot water because of the weather my children asthma acts up and I have to give them hot stemmed showers, they told me that they will schedule a contractor and for me to call them and set an appointment up I contacted grade A plumbing they explained to me that have no appointments until one day next week I contacted you guys back to make aware of the situation you guys then said we will contact them you guys contacted them and they stated the same thing and then you guys said they will call them again but I have to wait 24 hours i asked for a supervisor because this is not fair I just want another contractor they stated a supervisor will call me back in 2 hours i called right back 2. Employees of your company then hung up on me was very rude and I know you guys phone calls are tapped and recorders it is now 4 days later no supervisor no contractor or nothing called me back I then called although guys back they told me I can not speak to a supervisor because its no need and a contractor will be out ( now I am furious because you guys takes my money out my account with bo problem ) I the. Called back talks to somebody else she stated she called the contractor and they said they have an appointment for another week still dont have water or hot water tank and they said just call them and work it out I asked for another contractor they told me no and still I can not speak to a supervisor I am ver furiously trying not to report you guys to the better business bureaus or get an attorney involved this is ver ridiculous customer service is not right at all can somebody give me a call at 267 265 **** or email me back thank you
