I have received the absolute worst service ever. I have called two separate days only to be on hold day one over an hour and told someone would call me back.
Today, I was on hold for over two hours, I was disconnected and no one called me back. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time attempting to get my dry fix. Which hasn't been fixed now for six months. I am furious that your organization tells me they dont' know how to contact the complaint department and they will need to send an email and wait.
I want my damn dryer fixed or replaced immediately.
This is horrible service and you should be ashamed for treating people like this.
I can't get a supervisor on the line. I can't get any service at all.
The company that came out here 5 different times tells me they don't have a part and finally, the guy sayd they cannot fix the dryer, yet you won't do anything about it.
I want a call before the end of the day today.
