I submitted a request because my garage door broke. I paid the $125.00 and I told the service tech that called that the spring on the door had broke in two pieces.
They came to my house and told me that the garage door is not covered only the remote. He got on the phone and talked to American Home Shield for over 30 minutes. Really????? Then the repair man told me that he could fix it but it would cost an additional $160 but he can't do it today but you have to call and schedule another appointment.
You could have told me that on the phone.
What a scam. I will be cancelling my account today.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Pay 125 for nothing.
