May 4 2017 Needed repair on a covered pool filter. Two different service contractors came and both misdiagnosed the problem.

After waiting over 2 weeks to resolve the issue with a pool turning green, ended up fixing with a private contractor. Same situation last year with a tankless hot water heater. Again, two different technicians were unable to fix. Hired a private company after days without hot water.

AHS will try to deny any repairs for any reason. Read the contract carefully as their exclusions can pretty much void all service requests at their discretion.

Companies affiliated with AHS have been poor quality and unprofessional. Have since cancelled contract.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $400.

I was wondering if they still forced you to pay the service fee even though they did not provide service? We are dealing with the same situation and they are asking us to pay the $75 fee just for making the dispatch call.
