I am still receiving past due notices from this company even though a contract was never initiated. Here is their last contact with me and my last communication with them:This account was never actually put into affect!

I have been trying to get you guys to admit that the account is closed and was never actually opened for two months. This is your last warning before I have to initiate legal action! Handle it!Your account is delinquent. Update your payment information and make a payment here.

Please note I called (and waited over an hour) on July 17, 2020 (within 30 days prior to effectve DATE) and cancelled this plan. I asked for an email verification of this and was told I would receive onee but I never did.

I filed a complaint with an outside service PISSED CONSUMER who contacted you on my behals.

Again no response from American Home Shield.

Today, August 11, 2020 I notice I have been charged by you.

I called you and again was told the wait was over 60 minutes. So I am sending this email and disputing the charge with American Express.

Please review and verify this plan has been cancelled July 17, 2020 and remove the charge from my American Express account.
