Hello,

I have contacted AHS at least twice in the past 3 months to cancel my policy. I agreed to have it remain in effect until the end of the contract period which was Mar 31, 2021.

I noted today that I was billed for April on a new contract. The two prior customer service representatives tried to connect me with a retention specialist - both times conveniently, none were available but they stated "notes were placed on the account to cancel at end of contract period." Today I called yet again to cancel the policy and was transferred to a retention specialist with yet again no one answering after holding for 15 minutes. I'm sick and tired of being given the run around. Your company states policies can be canceled at any time but no one is able to actually get it done for you and keeps telling you action has been taken when it has not.

I NEED THIS DONE NOW and I expect a FULL REFUND for the month of April. This is your last opportunity to get this handled before I contact the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.

User's recommendation: Stay clear of this company.

Monetary Loss: $57.

Preferred solution: Cancellation of my policy and refund for month of April.
