I called last week, two weeks before the next month's payment was due to cancel. They said they would email the retention department and I would get a call back. They said I could not be transfered there or speak to a representative.
I got billed for it again. I called and it had not been cancelled and there was NO record of my call. Same thing, no supervisor and another email was sent.
They have no option to cancel online, so this is really terrible. I have to count on these *** to do what they said they would. I am expecting it no to be cancelled again. I think I am going to cancel the credit card it's on. Might be the only way.
