Had a dishwasher repair. Over time sent 3 techs and four trips, still not fixed.
Had to call their contractor Greenway to get them to schedule the calls even though they were supposed to do it but never did. AHS said was going to replace and called but was driving at the time in bad weather and heavy traffic with kids in car so needed to pay extra attention and could not answer. They left a message for me to call back, did so, but went on hold with that terrible music. It went on for a while so just left phone connected while I did some work-at-home work on line and six hours later no one has pickled up.
Been through this several times in the past trying to schedule service call, and tried online request but no one ever responds. Tried calling their corporate office (which just so happens to be close to where I live) but you can't get hold of anyone to speak with. Tried the website again and still no responses after four days. Visited their corporate offices and found door locked during business hours but lights on and saw people inside who would not respond to door knocks right way but someone finally did but said no one I could speak with and directed me back to their customer service number.
Tried the customer service number again, spent another three hours on hold and finally get someone with English so bad I had to go next door and get my neighbor who speaks Spanish to translate in the persons native Spanish then got put back on and that lasted for an hour then was disconnected. Calling back was useless and on line for another three hours.
User's recommendation: Avoid - customer response is poor to non-existant.
