I had requested service for my oven.I paid upfront $75 before the repair was done.
I was told it needed a new thermostat and he would order. I didn’t hear from him for another week so I called the serviceman and he said the part was no longer made and asked if I had heard ft American home shield I had not. So I called them no apology. And I was told they would look for me a new oven, with no regard to what I may want.
The person I spoke was ever do condesending and acting as though I had to accept whatever she found for my home. I hung up her and called back requesting a supervisor. I even requested one from the first one who told me she was the only person I could talk to. The next one sounded the first one.
She put me on hold for more than a half hour with noise on the phone. It was a horrible experience and I had a severe asthma attack. I had a bad medical report earlier and this just made it worst. I don’t know where to turn now.
