I called two weeks ago about my new AC that was installed less that a year ago, I’m having problems with a possible bad installation. It took my 1/2 hour to get through to any one, once I got through I was on the phone with someone by the name of Paul, who could not seem to understand my issue, I ask to speak to a manager.
He wasn’t going to let that happen, told me would call me back once he was able to authorization to make a service request to have someone from the company that installed the unit, I never got a call back. So I called today git another agent that treated me the same way on hold for about 15 minutes, just kept check to see if I was still holding on never once said anything, but after I was holding see cane back online all I could hear was the noise from other agents talking, then see just hung up on me.
