I had a heating unit replaced in a rental property in 2013. I do not live in the area where the house is located and in December the tenant complained that her room does not receive heat through the vent.
I had two AHS service repairmen go out and they both stated that the unit was improperly installed and the hose was not even connected. The tenant, I might add is blind. AHS, accepted no responsibility in sending Oxford Heating and Air to my property and would not even call them for corrections. After about ten calls to AHS and even speaking with their managers, I decided to call it quits.
Shame on AHS!!! I am in process of finding a company which stands behind its services!
