AHS is notorious for sending out repair people who are not always qualified. However, recently we had an appliance repair company that was phenomenal.

A couple of weeks passed by and we need him to return but he can't until we go through AHS first. Whenever I try to get through their automated system says it will take over an HOUR to get through and then the most annoying music plays ever. When I tried to contact them about the service fee the same then happened.

A one HOUR wait again. AHS is horrific and I will be switching to another company when I close out this service request.

AHS has The WORST customer service I ever experienced.

Every time I had to wait more than 1 hour to speak to a rep on the phone.

Even then, those unqualified reps of no use.

My washer issue is not resolved even after more than a month. AHS won’t say what to do next... always says we are working on it.

Our dirty cloths piling all over the home.

I really want to sue this company. Pl suggest the process
