AHS is notorious for sending out repair people who are not always qualified. However, recently we had an appliance repair company that was phenomenal.
A couple of weeks passed by and we need him to return but he can't until we go through AHS first. Whenever I try to get through their automated system says it will take over an HOUR to get through and then the most annoying music plays ever. When I tried to contact them about the service fee the same then happened.
A one HOUR wait again. AHS is horrific and I will be switching to another company when I close out this service request.
