Had AHS for 6 years. Typically, they have responded well.
Now I have a toilet that won't fill with water. I called and was immediately assigned a plumber. The plumber got sick and AHS continues to drag their feet on providing another plumber. The hours and days continue to pass.
I'm only off this week. This is obnoxious. I will change who choice warranty. Customer service at AHS was rude.
'Can I speak to a supervisor? NO'. Really.
I pay 750 a year and haven't called them in years. I have already consulted with an attorney for breach of contract.
