American Home Shield - Terrible Service

It took 4 weeks and 8 different phone calls to get my compressor fixed. Their customer service is outsourced to Manila and although they were very pleasant they were not worth a damn. Their level 2 support in Authorizations, Purchasing and Shipping in the US are not very good either. Again 4 weeks to be without an AC in May/June in Texas is not good. Stay away from these guys!

American Home Shield - Leaking pipe

After a technician submits a report that a water line is leaking within a wall space, it is now 6 days since the report and a repair has not been authorized. Their solution is to turn off the water to the house and wait. There is no way to contact the authorization department so we need to just wait.

Never call you Back, and the Techs tell you parts are on the way every day, waited one month called to check on parts and was told by other supplier of Dishwasher parts that they stop making them. Under the contract AHS is to replace or repair Unit. You call them and get so Asia people that tell you that they are order the part, but they do not make them any more! So you ask them about replacing the unit and the put you on Hold and never come back . Ask for refund and they laugh!

American Home Shield - Trying to cancel contract

I have made multiple calls and sent letters to cancel my contract and I still am receiving past due bills. I was even given a cancellation confirmation number#925390196. I won’t recommend American Home Shield to friends or family. I just want to cancel my contract!!
