2 weeks ago i requested service on a fridge freezer. 4 days later someone came spent 3 minutes looking at it, told me it needed a compressor and a leak fixed, collected his money, told me AHS would have a cow and left.
3 days later a 2nd company came, replaced a switch and told my wife that it would take six hours to remedy itself. I called them and was told by the tech that he'd been servicing fridges for over 15 years and that he was being supervised by a master technician to see that the work was done right, needless to say that it was not. Now a 3rd company comes and states that the problem is the leak and they would have to return 4 days later with a specialist to fix it, which they did, again this did not fix the problem. Turns out the first technicians diagnosis of a compressor and leak was correct and now i have to wait another week for the part to arrive.
Almost 3 weeks of the worst customer service i have ever encountered. In fairness AHS reps are generally polite but it seems as though their only function is to deflect your concerns and frustration. They resolve nothing and can't tell you anything. They couldn't care less how long you've waited and the inconvenience and financial burden you've had to endure.
Like i said all they do is deflect the issues.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Worst customer service experience ever.
