Service man came out...I told him about my refrigerator issue and what I thought might be wrong. He resented that I dared to suggest anything because he the certified expert.
Told me that they only replace modules and don't repair components. He bragged about being the owner of his own contractor company and said the part would be in after 3 or 4 days. Two weeks went by after he collected the $75 fee...no call received. After I called, he said that the part was going to ship to him that day and reach him two days later...5 business days went by and no call.
I called again...he asked when I wanted the work done. I told him after 3 pm two days later(Friday).
He gave me a window between 3 and 6 pm...it's now 8:30...no call and he doesn't work on the weekend...what kind of B.S. is this?
