American Home Shield - Swamp Cooler Repair

Details
Requested service for older swamp cooler repair. Some fly by night company came out and looked at it and stated it was unrepairable. I finally found the time and repaired it myself. Spent hours on hold with AMS. Rep offered no help, stated they would put a notation in the vendor profile. Never offered to find alternative. Not really sure what the service offers. I could fix most problems in the time I spend on hold with this *** company. The name of the company should be, just send us money monthly for nothing.

American Home Shield - Still waiting on AHS to get a plumber out to my home!

I called AHS this morning for service. We have toilets which are not flushing! I was promised a return call "within 2 to 4 hours". Never came! I am still waiting! I've been a customer of AHS for many years and I expected that with all the payments they take out of my checking account automatically each and every month, they would have the professional courtesy to follow through on their promise for service. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow morning 10 a.m. PST, they will lose out from now on from our automatic payments!
