The wait time when calling AHS after the contractor has already been to your house is well over 1 hour! AHS still hasn't called me back after 48 hour's since the A/C contracor diagnosed that the compressor needed to be replaced! When you ask to speak to a supervisor the representative puts you on hold and lies telling you she put in a request!

I had a leak water pouring from bedroom ceiling. Called no answer it was Sat night. Opened ticket on line. Called on monday. Plumber said he knocked on door on tues morning. Think he was at wrong house. Dog never barked did not hear anything. On hold for over hour. Still have no anwers but they can. Put in their charge. For work not done. Cancelling contract. BS COMPANY

I have been lied to by AHS on a continuous basis. They couldn't find an installer for my dishwasher so they offered to send a check for installation. That was two weeks ago. Called today and was told someone didn't send in request. Would be two more weeks. These people are a ripoff!
