So far I've been without hot water for 8-days and this is by far the biggest waste of money. My tankless water heater quit making hot water.
Customer service is beyond horrific and in order to talk to a supervisor that won't accomplish anything they will make you wait a hour. Now they are telling me it will be another 4-7 days and I have 2-hours in phone calls trying to resolve matter and most of its hold time. I paid them in full over 8-months ago and this is my first time to call them with a issue. They have it with their resolution department which could be 24-48 hours.
At that time they will order parts themselves which could take no telling how long. Home warranty contract with this company is a very big waste of money. I did use them once previously in another home where they had to replace a capacitor and the month after the contract ran out the replaced part went bad again.
I bought a higher quality part and never had a issue thereafter.
