AHS assigned my service to other sub contractors to install microwave and oven,call premium product management,they made my appointment on 12/3/2018 between 8 to 12 pm..but the driver never called and never showed up,we all 3 different people were waiting for them ,we called about 6 time this company never return my phone call and no response no shame...i called many time AHS to report and get help but as usual no answer or response,very very disappointed and upset about these both companies,i have been long time their customer...my contract # is

244372662..please call or email me why this company playing game

They play these games because of money, or lack of it, coming from you as well as AHS to the vendor. In order to get new equipment or even repairs, someone has to pay for it. “Coverage” and “approval” do NOT equal dollars and cents.
