I had used AHS for years and rec'd horrible service. I finally said enough and stopped paying.
A few years later after a large amount of advertising, i was tricked into thinking they changed. Shame on me. I started serice a few months ago and just had a dish washer go bad. 30 days later, it just got fixed.
Of course I paid my service fee and as usual, i had to have a seperate plumber make changes so they could have an easier and cheaper repair. I called to complain and 2 weeks later have still not received a call.
I did get a reauest for survey via email but not enough room to actually give them a review if my service. AGAIN, SHAME ON ME.
