American Home Shield - Bad customer service

I stayed on hold for a hour to speak with someone after waiting so long. The customer service representative was very rude. I asked to speak with a manager which was worst than the customer service representative. My bill was $1500. They would only cover $500. I had to cover the difference of a $1000 for my a/c unit. I'll never refer my enemy to this company. I hate them.
