American Home Shield - Took 3 service fees of $75 in Feb 2019-Still waiting on refund

A Feb 2019 service call resulted in AHS taking three $75 fees from my checking account. One is valid and two in error. They refunded one of the erroneous deductions at the end of Feb. Here it is June and MANY emails to them about the last refund they owe me and still waiting. They also make it next to impossible to find email addresses or phone numbers for management personnel so that you can escalate your issue to a higher level. I only had one because of an issue a couple of years ago.

After months of haggling AHS finally admitted I did not owe them money as I had cancelled my policy months earlier and they found that noted in my file. Then I got three more collection notices which I called about and got apologies and was told I owed nothing. Now, I am getting phone calls from a collection company. I am about to hang myself.

American Home Shield - Horrible service stole over 1000.00 dollars from me

I canceled my plan on 6/1/8 and opened a new plan on the same day. They never canceled my plan . It took me over a year to get it canceled. Very bad customer service. I asked when I finally cancelled everything and they said the refuse to send a email with confirmation.
