Every time I call I'm on hold for 30 minutes -- they have zero interest in actually helping me. Sure, I save a little money on services, but this company makes you work for it. It is not easy or convenient at all, so don't expect a great customer experience.

American Home Shield - Terrible customer service when someone finally answer the phone

They keep you on hold for 30-60 min before a rep finally answer you go through telling them you’re problem there’s no solution they don’t care about you as there customer believe me wants my problem is fixed I will be dropping them and will make sure I stop payment on future billing..
