I first filed a claim in september, 2014 for a microwave repair. ..after literally months it was determined by ahs that the oven would need replacing as it could not be repaired.
We ordered a microwave thru the ahs purchading dept and again months later they are searching for the oven and could not locate it so they said we could purchase one and they would take care of installation and reimburse us for cost of microwave. As of this date we are still waiting for check. Supposedly it was also lost. In the meantime we had a claim on our whirlpool tub which after waiting a month we were told it was the switch and that was not a covered item.
So far we have paid our deductibles on all claims and bought our own microwave but still paying premiums each month for nothing.
I would not recomm ed nd thdm ed ver agsin and i have carried this policy on 3 houses and then 2 for many many years...getting ready to cancel this.
