Contacted AHS on a Friday for air conditioning problems.Temperature was 111 degrees in Arizona. Waited 42 minutes to speak to anyone. Was told by sales associate they would expedite the request; however, finally 22 hours later got a call stating the quickest they could get anyone out to our home was Monday. First claim - ac was out .Took ten days and dozens of call to ahs to reach anyone. Lots of 45 minutes waits and then being cut off. Finally reached someone who scheduled appt several days later. They did not show up or call. Tried again for days finally called credit card co to dispute charges. It is not over yet. Should have checked with Bbb, over 6000 complaints against ahs. We had a service technician come out today to check out a recurring problem with our A/C unit plus added problems.The technician was very rude when we tried to ask questions. He would not check the thermostat or wiring to the system.
