Hello, I just received a generic list from ahs saying they regret to inform me that they are unable to renew my contract. No explanation, no nothing.

But you have no regrets taking my money. I'm on the phone now, on hold of course, and I need a LEGAL explanation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I just called in after not having a warranty with AHS since 2014. Can't remember ever being abusive since I am a REALTOR and have recommended to them to clients in the pass.

They told me the same thing verbally by phone and said it was best for the company.

I asked why and the young lady said you just need to find another company to provide you coverage. I guess now I do need to get a lawyer because as a consumer I deserve the right to know why.

The reason is probably that youโ€™ve had expensive claims that didnโ€™t get lost in the giant web of delays and denials; or some behavior on your part, such as being particularly abusive, threatening legal action or harm, refusing to pay non-covered charges after receiving service, or a combination of reasons. They do cancel customers, like any insurance company, at their discretion, without reason. Businesses have the right to refuse service.
