OVer the last three month I have had numerous issues related to Washer/Dryer, Hotwater heater and AC, all of which has resulted in delayed response time, wrong part order, replies of uncovered systems even though my coverage included ac issues you needed to read the super fine print.This coverage was included in my house purchase just 8month ago.

Its now been a week and a half without hotwater and after holding on the phone several times for more than 45min I get the same response AHS has not received the report from the service supplier and until they do nothing can be done. This is BS its their preferred service companies. Was just on the phone today and same story may not be able to get back with me til Friday and when you ask for manager none are available and it will take 24 to 36 hours to respond. They really have me by the B's this time.

And I hope the complaints gets to the right people or at a min.discourage others to subscribe to this service
