American Home Shield - AHS refuses to stop billing for contract cancelled Nov 2021 despite my phone calls
It appears every aspect and phone number of the AHS company has been transferred to the Phillipines. Cancelled 2 contracts Nov 2021.
1 got cancelled and other auto-renewed against my wishes. Called AHS in March and April of 2022 ending up talking to Phillipines who said they would investigate and had stopped billing.
4-29-22 I get a dunning e-mail about not haviong paid the bill.
Phiilipines refues to give me a US phone number and all AHS phone numbers are answered in the Phillipines. AHS is incompetent and hidding behind the Phillipines comany they use to apparently use to run every aspect of AHS.
User's recommendation: Do not take the chance of doing business with them. In practice Warranty no longer replaced what they cannot fix as previously claimed. Their business process is hiding behind the Phillipines subcontractor and issues with them are not resolved.
Monetary Loss: $280.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

American Home Shield Cons: Do not resolve problems and us company is unreachable.
