In the last three years I have spent over $1000 a year in freon. AHS has not replaced my unit even though the same three air-conditioner companies that keep getting sent to my home do not repair my unit for longer than four months, I have asked and had other outside AC sources come out to inspect my unit and have been told that it needed to be replaced but AHS will not except their diagnostic test results of my unit. They will not assist me in any way on this matter, it's been over two months and all I get told is all they can do is email someone to give me a call and I've not heard anything in two months they're awful to deal with and I don't recommend AHS.
