I had a horrible experience with AHS. My fridge has been broken since the end of Oct.
They first came out Nov. 5, 2016 and it's still not fixed today. This is the beginning of my arbitration letter. You cannot sue them because they have this clause in your contract.
Here is the beginning of my experience: Dear AHS, This letter is to inform you that I’d like to start the arbitration process per my contract. On or before November 4th, 2016, I contacted AHS regarding my refrigerator which was not working properly. AHS contacted a Sears repairman and sent him to my home to investigate and fix the problem per my home warranty contract.
11/04/2016- AHS is in receipt of my initial needed repair. #391713422
