American Home Shield - AHS don't honor their policy agreement

I had purchased a MobleHome that was refurbished, AHS assured me all the appliances would have coverage.

I had a winterization inspection done on my MobileHome, I was informed the Gas Furnace was not approved for MobleHomes, I contacted AHS and explained to them what transpired and I would like the correct Furnace installed, they refused, I told them the coverage I purchased included improper installations. I was told it would be covered if they had improperly installed the furnace. Since, they did not install the Furnace, it will not be covered.

I told AHS to cancel my coverage, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee, I told them, that I had a right as a consumer to cancel any policy I wanted at anytime without a cancelation fee.

I am filing a complaint with the California Insurance Commissioner about this shady business practice.
