3/31/16 my wife called in a service request because our heater as part of our HVAC is not coming on for three days now. A contractor was assigned and the name given and were to call back with a date and time of service and AHS told her there were cancellations and that the contractor would be out late in the day.
There was a no show and the contractor did not call with an appointment date and/or time.
4/1/16 I called to address the problem and I got an automated service request. I couldn't speak with a "live" person without results.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
