I have had a broken microwave since June. The contractor calls sets up an appointment JRS never shows up and never calls.

He has done this 4 times.

The company AHS listens to the complaint never handles them and never calls back. I have never gotten a refund and Kees taking my premiums

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

For your information, a good spell-check would be appreciated prior to posting. However, I doubt many companies would take the time and effort to come out to look at a microwave, diagnose it and then fix it.

I believe you are also looking at a service call charge for them to do so.

Probably not worth even the service call fee to you for a microwave. These things are cheap to buy and when the fail, one just throws it out and buys another.
