The WORST customer service EVER! The representative, Travis (if you do call him a representative) in Memphis, TN was totally rude. He had the audacity to yell at me and then proceeded to get even more snappy! Each time I call this horrible company it gets worse and I NEVER write reviews. What a sham. Save yourself the money.

I've been a cusomer since 2011. Never had any major problems until 2016. Our air went out in March 2016. It is still out Sep 2016. We have had our conditioner sloppyly fixed every month since March of this year and two times in one week in Sept. They use Total Air Care awful company taking everybody's money. I have opened multiple service requests with this company. The first was for a broken pipe. The contract company called me immediately to set an appointment, but could not make it for week. I had to fix myself. Three other issues like this. AHS says that someone will contact you within 24 hours, and have your repair fixed within three days. For those who is thinking about buying a contract from AHS. Please go to facebook and search American Home Shield, you will see their company website, on which, there are thousands of people left their complaints. Here is what happened to me: 3/30/2016: I filed a request to repair my electric stove-top in my rental townhouse, which is not heating up properly. We have been trying to get our dryer repaired for weeks now. A technician came to look at it. He declared that he would order two parts and get back to us. My wife paid him with a credit card. He did not give us a receipt. Now three weeks later, no dryer parts have arrived, no technician has returned. Furthermore, AHS sent us bill for $75 saying that we did not pay the technician. two days ago I made what is at a minimum 6 calls on my air conditioning units. This is after 5 years of living in my home. This summer I have made 3 calls. The last two technicians have recommended a replacement of at least one of the units. AHS has NEVER contacted me on any of these recommendations.
