I have been without a Refrigerator for a Month!!!

I cannot get in touch with anyone from American home shield. I emailed I have called. The repair Company that comes out is the worst I've ever seen in my life. This is the 3rd time that they've been out and they have done nothing and say that they're going to send another guy out to see if he can fix it.

THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH.THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. WE STILL NEED SERVICE, SO I GUESS WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ON OUR OWN TO COME OUT TODAY..

I feel that this company is insensitive to our need at this time. If they can't find anyone to come out and service us today. We should be able to find a service provider today and re-imbursed by American Home Sheild.

To Whom it may concern On 3/13/22 I called that my refrigerator wasn't cooling. Gulf Appliance St Petersburg To repair called me that Monday and did a video call.

He said he would be would get parts Tuesday and Tech would come out Wednesday. The tech Tom did show up Wednesday didn't check my refrigerator just clean the coils said my Refrigerator would be cool in 24 hours. Called back and called the man in the office and he said Tom would be back on Friday. Waited and called Tom he said he didn't have a work order and was in the office that day but he did come out shot my refrigerator with gas and said to wait 24 hours again.

I did and still wasn't working called AHS 3/19/22 they reopen the ticket and I called back and they said they would be out today the 24th .Well I waited all day again called and AHS said they were scheduled. So I called Gulf App. Repair and the girl in the office said AHS canceled the call so I called AHS back and they said they didn't cancel and she called the office. Now it is going on 2 weeks with my refrigerator not working.

The one man I talked to at gulf was very rude to me an to the AND rep that called him and Tom the tech was more interest ed to talking on his cell phone then actually checking out my refrigerator. My complaint is with Gulf Appliances Service in St Petersburg. Fl.

AHS should drop their contract being they are not servicing the customers. AHS customer support were very good and they tried to address my complaints but Gulf app Service I give them an ***

Over 10 weeks for parts???

Told it would be over 10 weeks for Clothes Dryer parts to come in or l could cash out for repairs cost which is 1/3 of the cost to replace the clothes dryer??????????

American Home Shield - Erroneously and Abusively Billing Me After Cancellation
- Failed to activate my warranty twice months after activation including setting up duplicate accounts. - Refusal to process payments online despite claiming they could - Customer support representatives would try and wait for me to get off the phone first so I couldn't leave a bad review - Used multiple customer retention departments to waste my time and deter me from cancelling - Failed to cancel my plan on first request and then billed me the next month and claimed it never happened. - Had to force rep to stay on phone till I could confirm I received a cancellation email - Continue to bill me despite having proof that I cancelled my service.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs, even if they do use your services you are subject to whatever the cheapest contractor they could secure for the job.

As has lied to me for 3 weeks

American Home Shield - As has lied to me for 3 weeks
3 weeks ago I had frosties cooling come out for my air conditioner. They told me it wasnt fixable and that ahs was going to replace it. 1 week passed and I called them and they told me it was ordered and be in 2 days, well 3 weeks in and they lied to me never ordering it today March 4. 5 phones calls and a big run around. Now it's 87 degrees in my house and I don't know when I'll get it. Don't by their warranty because they lie and don't give a *** about their customers. Their costumer service reps lie thru thier teeth a bunch of *** in my book.

Phx AZ area - Heat Pump NOT fixed in 255 days

Unbelievable - This started back in mid June of 2021 with a service request to fix my broken heat pump, we had a record summer of 22 days of 110-degree weather and 104 days of 100-degree. I would give this company -100 stars if i had the choice

Useless

I am in my second year with this company. My water heater is producing rusty water and the only remedy is to replace the water heater per 2 different plumbing companies! AHS is refusing to honor the contract and the recommendations from THEIR CONTRACTORS and replace the water heater. I have been on the phone with every department and today it's been 6 hours and counting. I'm currently on hold now after being transferred around and landing once again with the "retention" department. This is what happened when I called 800-858-**** that is listed on AHS website to call and cancel. Why don't they just post the "retention" department #? I will NEVER do business again with AHS again and will take all my plentiful social media opportunities to alert all including vast contacts in real estate.
