1. No one speaks English at there call center.
2. 5 Phone calls in 5 days with no resolve.
3. No one ever calls me back as they promises
4. Can not get a supervisor "EVER"
5. plan on spending a minimum of 1 hour and never get anywhere.
I called 5 days ago, the contractor called me and said they didn't work on my GE refrigerator, no one from AHS called me I had to call them??? when I called they told me to go online to set up an appointment????? I refused to do so, asked for a supervisor but never got to one and was told someone would call me... this didn't happen. I called again spend another hour and never got to a supervisor, the person did not speak English and could not understand what I wanted... Called again for the 5th time and could not get a supervisor again and then they told me that the system was down and I would have to call back... this is my first month of service and I will be canceling my contract, these people are clowns and only hire people that don't understand engilsh nor do they speak it. THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE.
